Your Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll serve as the frontline ambassador of Salply. You’ll create meaningful connections with our clients while providing world-class support that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your ability to resolve issues efficiently and build lasting client relationships will be key to our continued success.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages highly valued)
