Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Subscriptions: Notify us at least 2 month before the end of the billing period. Cancellation will be processed after the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation Fees: A 30% fee applies to cancellations of 3- or 6-month plans. One-month plans can be canceled for free after the period ends, provided we are notified before renewal.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?

For project-based contracts, any completed phases will be billed accordingly, and partial refunds (if any) will depend on project progress.
