Pricing & Payments

Recurring charges apply to subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Fees are automatically billed based on the chosen plan.

Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions: Notify us at least 2 month before the end of the billing period. Cancellation will be processed after the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation Fees: A 30% fee applies to cancellations of 3- or 6-month plans. One-month plans can be canceled for free after the period ends, provided we are notified before renewal.
For project-based contracts, any completed phases will be billed accordingly, and partial refunds (if any) will depend on project progress.

We follow a structured project execution methodology that includes:

Service request priorities are classified based on impact and urgency:
- Critical Priority (High Severity): Issues causing complete service outage or major impact; response within 1-4 hours; resolution within 24 hours.
- High Priority (Medium Severity): Significant service impact but with available workarounds; response within 1 business day; resolution within 3-5 days.
- Normal Priority (Low Severity): Minor issues with little to no operational impact; response within 2 business days; resolution within 7 days.
Severity and priority levels vary by industry and project type:
- High Severity (Critical Impact): Response within 1-4 hours; resolution within 24 hours.
- Medium Severity (Moderate Impact): Response within 1 business day; resolution within 3-5 days.
- Low Severity (Minor Impact): Response within 2 business days; resolution within 7 days.

- Simple requests: 1-2 business days.
- Complex requests: 4-7 business days, depending on the service scope.
There is no cap on the number of requests.
